3 years ago when I decided to build a good hospital facility and diagnostic centre in Nigeria , I took professional advice .

The advice I got made sense economically and otherwise. The advice was that I build it in Lagos . The several reasons given included I already had a home in Lagos, cheaper to build in Lagos since materials and fittings are cheaper there , richer people live in Lagos and as such it will fit into my plan . I was told that Lagos has crowd and a large market . You know what that means .

I was told that security is better in lagos . All these were sound advice but I didn’t take them. I said I will do it in Owerri where I also have a home . Owerri doesn’t have a lot of such facilities, so bringing it to Owerri will enhance the city . As for security, I left it in the hands of the almighty. Lagos may fetch me a lot more money but my aku must ruona ulo. I am happy I took that decision . Sometimes don’t only think about economics. Think home . Ala IGBO has to be better ..
