I feel after the holidays - Many of us are still quite ready for some extra chill!
Me? No, I’m definitely not an exeption!
Growing older I understand why bears want to sleep (hybernate) the whole (freaking cold and dark) winter.
Today it’s been -20C/-4F here in Finland where I live!
It’s brutal - Unless you know how to dress
If not, you will freeze yourself fast!
And all the struggles we have feel harder during this time than during winter time - As our circumstances makes it more difficult.
But it also makes you appreciate more the sunnier and warmer times - Perhaps the easier times too.
However, as we live in the present we always need to focus on the best of each moment!
Today my best is that I get to chill indoors where it is warm after running and driving around in the cold outdoors!
And I am grateful for having my loved ones - Some of you here too - To share this day with! 🙏🏻
