In this troubled world we need to focus on the light. Not the darkness.
Darkness these days comes into our houses often via media and social media bringing in loads of all negative and fear increasing news.
If you start focusing on those things you will easily start feeling hopeless. It makes you feel like you have no control or cannot impact on anything.
It may look like it is the worst times of human history and as the end would be near.
However, if you understand not to focus on things you cannot control and to focus on the things in life and around you - You can impact, your life will look very different.
You can find the joy in little mundane things and impacting lives smaller ways.
You will realize that most of the negative things you hear about have not much impact on your daily life or your happiness.
You will understand that you have keys to your happiness and present - And even to your future.
As the saying states:
”As long as there is life - There is hope!”
So today, find your good and follow the light!

Let’s tackle one serious issue where we fail and fall with others - We believe them being as we are
One of the hard lessons is to learn to see others as they are - Not as reflection of us.
Often when we have a good kind heart and are not wanting to hurt others intentionally - We fail to miss the fact that there are many people who are willing to hurt us.
Not only is this a problem in our personal lives but this can be even problem in worklife.
You keep doing your best and more, giving your all, over performing - Thinking it would lead into rewards and recognition.
Now, in case your supervisor or the one who has power to reward you and is like you, this will happen - And it would happen in relatively short time. In healthy organizations where overall people are valued.
However, if you are led (or rather managed) by leader or even leaders who:
See you as competition
Who have no healthy selfesteem
Who do not love or care about others
Who are greedy
Who are willing to harm others
Just to mention few…
You will never rise in your position!
Since it will never be about you!
So as we are here to impact lives positively, to lead through love (no matter your position) and influence people by the reflection from the light we are to the World
Understand, that if your counterpart is as mentioned in the list above, your chances to see any positive turns in your situation can be next to impossible.
For the ones of you hearing this first time ever it sounds brutal and unreal. But believe me, learn to differentiate the truth in situations from the vision you would like yourself being in.

Despite there is so much beauty in that statement above - this often is reflection for the sake of having to have a significant other, a spouse, in order to be valuable.
How about taking still one step ahead?
How about realizing that to yourself you are the whole World.
You are valuable to yourself!
We often put ourselves second and aside - leaving our own wishes, needs and dreams unmet.
As much as I preach about putting people first - It never should mean neglecting your own health, wellbeing and happiness.
You need to love yourself so much and value your own life that you will not let anyone to decrease its quality.
We need to assure that what we bring into lives of others - And what they bring on ours stay positive.

There are times when we feel either far from home - Or very far from our targets and goals
As if nothing we do leads to them.
Causing disappointment, frustration, feelings of wanting to give up.
As I was driving in the countryside this long road today it gave me multiple thoughts.
One thought is to encourage us all to enjoy the journey.
If and when the journey is tough and feels fruitless - How about if you are focusing on a wrong thing?
How about if you take new look and see how the journey has impacted you.
At times the fruit is actually in pruning.
We feel pains and it feels like it is totally useless. But through that pain we gain much more clarity for ways ahead and we can see much more clearer what to keep and what to put aside.
Now, I want you to look at this picture and let it speak to you and to your life.

Where are you going?
The road can feel endless at times - But very often, nothing we experience goes waste but they all become the building materials and blocks for even more solid path.
