During the civil war, federal troops invaded the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) library, tore and burnt all the books chanting "Na these books dem dey read, na why them know too much" meaning... (They posses lots of knowledge reading this particular books) In 1967, UNN was renamed to University of Biafra.

Till date, you can't study Chemical Engineering at UNN.
