By definition, self-worth means that you value yourself and think you are worthy.

Which can mean feeling worthy of anything in life – from the promotion at work, business, emotional, physical and mental health, to the free lunch or gift you got from someone.
Unfortunately, you're responsible for your lack of self-worth, due to self-doubt!

So, we shall be chatting ourselves today, starting now, and ends this evening.
Here's the Agenda, without item 7😋😃.

1. Make a list of twenty things you like about yourself. (Don’t post here please).
2. Make a list of twenty stuffs you hate about yourself. (Don’t post here please).

BY 6 PM, TOMORROW, YOUR LIST WILL HELP YOU UNDERSTAND IF:

A. YOU HAVE OR LACK SELF-WORTH.

B. YOU HAVE HIGH SELF-ESTEEM OR LOW SELF-ESTEEM.

C. YOU HAVE SELF-DOUBT OR VERY CONFIDENT.

D. YOU ARE TALKING TO YOURSELF OR LISTENING TO YOURSELF AND PEOPLE.
