How about taking still one step ahead? How about realizing that to yourself you are the whole World. You are valuable to yourself! We often put ourselves second and aside - leaving our own wishes, needs and dreams unmet. As much as I preach about putting people first - It never should mean neglecting your own health, wellbeing and happiness. You need to love yourself so much and value your own life that you will not let anyone to decrease its quality.
