There are many behaviors people practice unknowingly that can harm their health.Here are some common ones: Diet & Nutrition 1. Skipping meals frequently – Can lead to slowed metabolism and poor nutrient intake. 2. Overconsumption of processed foods – High in salt, sugar, and unhealthy fats, increasing the risk of heart disease and diabetes. 3. Drinking too much soda or energy drinks – Leads to obesity, diabetes, and dental problems. 4. Not drinking enough water – Can cause dehydration, fatigue, and kidney problems. 5. Overeating "healthy" foods – Nuts, avocados, and dried fruits are nutritious but high in calories. I'll be dropping some tips daily
