And all the struggles we have feel harder during this time than during winter time - As our circumstances makes it more difficult. Let’s end this year 2025 on the top ✨ And with couple traditions: ⭐️ On top of Observation Tower in Pyynikki, Tampere Finland 🇫🇮 ⭐️ With my adidas tracksuit - Showing things that remain, despite the years change ⭐️ With same outfit and place - In order to make it easier to compare the version of me between the years ⭐️ Last year (2024) and this year pics taken on New Year’s Eve 🎇 - Having sunshine on the day which is extremely rare! These pics show quite clearly how years do change us. And in year like this one - 2025 - The change has been mostly positive. It was very demanding year but it also pushed to change even more. Whereas 2024 was extremely tough year. Year where I do not have much memories from. The pressures set by that year were so visible even on my face. And now looking back my version of 2023 was still a rookie. 😅 Why I share about this is that when others look at our lives they cannot see what is under the surface. They often see the smiley version of you. The version who gives his or hers best to the world. But they cannot see what kind of demands and burdens we carry underneath. What are the things we struggle with. Our years and our seasons differ. But what I can share from my experience especially from this year is to keep moving in faith! More something scares you - More needed action it often is. If you do not move - You shrink. And you cannot reach anything significant from place of fear! You can only reach greatness through giving your best, consistantly. And this, does not make sense to you until it becomes your reality. Only after you learn to move in boldness, through your fears, only then will you reach your potential and purpose! Let’s have a look back! What did year 2025 bring us? ⭐️ Was it as you expected? ⭐️ Was it a year of joy or sorrow? ⭐️ Was it a year of wins or losses? As I reflected my life during more quiet Christmas days - I made some conclusions of my year overall. I see my wins. And I see my losses. I remember what I wished for. And what did or did not arrive. I remember what I thought this year would be like. And what it turned out to be. The biggest win has been personal professional growth and courage. I found my wings. 🪽 Or better - Learned to swim. 🦈 My heart got broken for losses. 💔 One due to my long term ex-colleague Kalle’s sudden death. But the joy appeared too, in a form of arrival of 2 beautiful baby boys ⭐️⭐️ (O and W) for my close friends. I got to know new people and got to stretch my faith. I hope next year some of you will be jumping on the adventure with me and will stretch your faith too! As what I have learned this year is that when you do not give up and you keep going, grinding and believing - You will get results! And the best is that, it’s all done with people! My warmest thanks to all of you who have been part of this year’s journey! Especially the ones who have either encouraged, pushed or even kicked me ahead! Who have comforted me when I needed it. It’s the season - Time to be jolly and time for break! ♥️ Who’s ready? I can tell I am. Here in dark North, in a country called Finland 🇫🇮 usually everyone is ready for a good break this time of the year. Overall, in many countries as well. It’s time to end the fiscal year and wrap up current year. It will be also time to start from fresh soon. But before that what is better than to celebrate Christmas 🌟🎄🌟 and also have some very needed rest? Nothing much else. Of course good foods, traditions and time spent together with our loved ones mean a lot too. It’s a combo of many beautiful things.
