• I want to write the topic of envy and give you some tools how you can handle it

Envy can be one the most harmful trait people have.

Envy towards someone can make the person cause so much damage for the one jealous of.

I have experienced this in my own life and witnessed and witness how it impacts lives to this very day.

For some reason there are insecurities within the person, or any of us in some stages of our life.

We don’t really see our own value, skills and competences making us to compete towards one another.

We are not created to be equally talented but rather have skills that complement of one another - Creating this beautiful puzzle out of very different shape of pieces.

The envy often come in form of belittling the target and trying to make them feel less than they are.

At times the jealous person in leading position abuse their authority and place of power too - Causing to block opportunities for advancement in your career and hold back on every reward possible you would be entitled with.

Because their biggest fear is to see you advance.

So for the ones in this situation what is crucial is to understand that it is not about you! It is about them and their brokenness. Their flaws in their character.

What you can do is to not accept the lies that these actions and hatred try to cause you. Always remember your value and never turn yourself into one alike because then you will truly loose.

Love yourself and try to love those ones harming you - Because they are the ones suffering and feeling small. Not you!

So cheer up and keep going solid and strong!

    You got this! 🦾

  • Saturday is definitely the best day of the week for me 🤍 Reward and rest after often hectic and demanding workweek

The moment when I can enjoy my morning coffee ☕️ peacefully and just take things slow and easy.

I also often enjoy nicer breakfast then or even prepare a small brunch.

Today I dug out one of my very favorite Moomin mug out of the cupboard. It’s bake in Finnish is ”Rantaelämää” Beach life in English - But I have always called the mug ”Bikini Moomin mug”.

Now when it is spring here in Finland and the sun is back also the nice sunny bright summery colors and thinks come back to life.

I also want to share something interesting about this Moomin mug. It was manufactured in 2008. Price then was probably 10€ ($10). Now if you search for it online people have to pay even 100€ ($100) for it!

Finnish people not only love those Moomin stories by Tove Jansson but collect these Moomin mugs as well.

I have even sent some out to the States after the live I had with Michele Gunn couple years ago.

Not only are they nice but they grow in value too.

Though, no matter the price, some things are never sold in life if you truly love them. So this specific Moomin mug of mine would not be sold even with 100€/$100. 😁

Anyhow, how do you grow in value as a person and professional? Do you see your value and all that bring on the table? And do you invest in you?

I hope today you would think about your own value deeply.

Think how unique you are and what you bring into this World!

And share with us, if you are courageous enough!

    With love 🧡

  • Hello people and hello sun!!! ☀️
Let’s talk about lessons in life - Both good and bad!

What have you learned during these past times?

What kind of changes within you, in your behaviour and in your life can you share about and tell us?

What kind of changes or insights made you a better person or helped you to improve as a professional?

For me one of the things is to keep growing in boldness and resilience. And at times to work so hard to keep calm with all of the challenges - that often come all at the same time.

During those times and when they last long staying positive and optimistic can be very hard.

Gladly I have people in my life who push me on the bright side towards hope and happiness when I get frustrated and hope feels distant.

I also do it for others. It is one of the ways to forget our own problems and issues when we focus on helping others and trying to lift them up from the pit. Right?

Now how about you? What’s going on in your life and are you bold enough to share about it?

  • Double rainbow 🌈🌈 over Paris reminding me of the miracles in life✨

You know how sometimes life presses you into a situation where you feel like you cannot impact much of the things happening in your life.

You feel helpless and you feel hopeless.

Then when you see a rainbow even in the picture or two like this when I got to take this picture myself by the Sacre Coeur (Sacred Heart) church in Paris you start to believe again.

I know difficult eras seem to last forever in our lives at times - It can be even a period of years or even longer.

But one day, just as the rain ends, sun will come out again and so do come out the rainbows and your life miracles!

    Keep the faith!✨

  • "And the clueless Senator Nwaebonyi did not see it coming. He fell so cheaply into the trap. The feminist gladiators are on a war path. They want to prove issues of irrationality, sexual immorality, loss of character, emotional instabilty and so on against the hierarchy of male leadership in the country.
The outcome is so disastrous for the image of the screaming Senator against the more emotionally stable Dr Mrs Oby Ezekwesili.
The Senator's nervous screams resonating hollow with immaturity and dishonour tòld the whole story:"Who are you?" "You look like a wh*re!" "You are a ho*ligan" "You are a sh*me to womanhood!" The difference between the two combatants was crystal clear. That was how best a distinguished Senator of the Federal republic of Nigeria could react to a word of command from an ordinary citizen for him to shut up.

This was also a deja vu. A similar scenario was enacted on the day Senator Natasha Udaghan got her 6 months suspension from the senate. It looks like an emerging classic style of resistance initiated by Natasha Udaghan against phallocentric order in the Nigerian political leadership is sweeping across the women folks. The strategy of pricking the ego of the men in the most unexpected way. To shut them up and kick them hard on the raw nerve of patriarchal pride.
Let's watch out for the women and youths of this generation. There's a sense that the downfall of Nigeria's leadership can be cause by something very innocuous. Something as cheap as testing a leadership's patience, empathy endurance or emotional intelligence.
Meanwhile, I call on those close to Senator Nwaebonyi to tender an unreserved apology to Nigerians for his unruly behaviour on national television.

  • I totally cracked the past weekend when I got the thought what truly makes Finnish people Happiest in the World is obviously Hesburger 😍🤩😎

Finnish fast food chain with delicious burgers, tortillas and especially their mayonnaises.

This is totally partly humor but it is also one of the most delicious things all over the country.

I even remember having my cousin Sherry over here from North America and as she after her visit laughed about my love for #Hesburger

It must have been epic… 😂🤣♥️

So to give some nice free promotion to one of my favorite fast food chains and here truly a Finnish one - I wanted to give some shoutout as we overall celebrate #Finland being - Once again and for the 8th time - The Happiest Country in the World!!!

This view and the words remind me of the song from Edith Piaf ”Sous le ciel de Paris” 🎶🎵🎶 ”Under the Parisian Sky”

Whereas here, under the sky of #Tampere city in #Finland 🇫🇮

How amazingly good it feels to be able to see things from the birdeye view!

You can see so far and adore the bright blue sky above the city - Making you feel likevtve whole beautiful World is open to you!!!

Picture does not give a justice how beautiful it looks and when you were able to walk around the Moro SkyBar at the Rooftop of Sokos Hotels Torni (”tower”) hotel.

In case you visit Tampere this is the place to go for a coffee or a drink on the 25th floor. And there is no entrance free!!! 😍🤩😎

With this I wish you a cheery, happy and relaxed week ahead!!
