• Julia Roberts once said:

"When people leave you, let them go.
Your destiny is never tied to anyone who leaves you, and it doesn't mean they're bad people. It just means their role in your story is over."

These words remind us of a truth that we often forget - that not everyone who comes into our lives is meant to stay forever.

People come into our lives for different reasons, to teach us lessons, to share experiences or walking with us through certain seasons.

But when they leave, it's important to recognize that their part in our journey has been fulfilled, and our paths must now diverge.

Holding on to those who are meant to leave only delays your growth and prevents you from moving into the fullness of your own destiny.

It's not about rejecting or blaming the person who leaves, but rather understanding that your story continues beyond the chapter.

Sometimes their exit gives way to new opportunities, deeper connections, and the discovery of new aspects of yourself.

Letting go isn't always easy, but it's essential to moving on to the next stage of your life.

This does not diminish the importance of the relationship you once shared. Every encounter has value, shaping who you are and helping you grow.

But when someone leaves, it's a sign that your journey is no longer lining up.

Their departure doesn't make them a villain in your life story, just someone whose role has come to a natural end.

When you release the weight of the departed, you create space for the people meant to stay and enrich your life in meaningful ways.

Giving up is not an act of giving up; it's an act of acceptance - embracing the flow of life, understanding that not everyone is meant to accompany you to every destination.

    Remember, your destiny is yours.

No one can take it from you, and no one else can walk the path that has been laid out for you.

So when someone leaves, trust that it is for your highest good.

They were part of your story, but now the rest is for you to write, and it holds even greater promise. 🖤🕊️🤍

  • It doesn't have to be a grand gesture, even the lil tiny act of your kindness meets people at their point of needs and crate sparkles & healings we could ever imagine... unexpected kindness safes, that lil smiles you gave someone might be the warmest thing felt all day, that text might strengthen someone, especially in this world n time where people are struggling more than they show.

  • COVENANT DAY OF LONG LIFE: ENGAGING THE TURNAROUND POWER OF FAITH (Part 4A) -Bishop David Oyedepo

Faith is a spiritual virtue with turnaround forces embedded in it.

When faith takes the stage, things are bound to change for good.

Every aspect of faith is work. Faith without corresponding action is dead.

    What is Faith?

    1. Faith is not a religious idealogy but a spiritual mystery that transmits divine strength. - 1 Tim. 3:9, Heb. 11:11

    2. Faith is not a principle nor a strategy; it is a spiritual weapon that intervenes in the realm of the unseen. - Eph. 6:16

    3. Faith is not a belief system; it is engaging the power of God. - 1 Cor. 2:5

The worth of your faith determines the quality of your life.

There is no surgical intervention that can rescue one from the oppressions of the devil.

There is no cure for breaking generational curses.

Only Jesus is the answer to all issues of life.

Don't be enslaved by science; come alive by faith!

Refuse to lose your identity to the environment.

Build your faith, starve your doubt and live a triumphant life

The only way to stop the harassment of the enemy is to engage your faith.

The righteousness that thrives is the one that is obtained by Faith.

    How Powerful is Faith?

    1. Every great story in the Kingdom is by grace through faith. - Eph. 2:8

    2. Faith provokes the healing power of God that makes you whole. - Luke 8:48-49, Act 10:38

    3. Faith has the power to subdue scientific facts. - John 11:39-44, 1 Tim. 6:20

    4. Faith has the power to suspend natural laws. - Exo. 16:8, Heb. 11:39

    5. Faith has the power to set you free from the law of sin and death. - Rom. 8:2, Isa. 53:5

How to Keep Your Faith Growing

    1. Through testimonies. - Ps. 119:111, 144

    - To keep your faith going, you must crave the understanding of your testimonies and that of others.

    2. Beware of going after other gods. - James 1:7, Ps. 62:5

    - The devil has nothing good in store for you; if he gives you anything, he takes it back in seven-folds.

Covenant Day of Long Life Ministration

Every provision of the Kingdom is delivered by faith. It is what you believe that you receive the capacity to become.

You have the promise of a good old age with all-round blessings in Christ. - Gal. 3:13, Heb. 2:14-15

The sting of death is gone and Jesus has snatched the key to life for your sake; therefore, death has no power over you in redemption. - 1 Cor. 15:57

Death does not worth your attention because Jesus holds the key to life for your sake.

Declare only what you believe. If you want a long life, declare it boldly.|

Terms of the Covenant of Longevity

    1. Be born again. - 1 John 5:12

    - The unsaved is seen as spiritually dead. Life begins with salvation.

    2. Stay in love with God. - Ps. 91:15 -16

    - Keeping the love alive positions you for a good old age.

    3. Stay committed to serving God and the interest of His kingdom. - Luke 10:2, Ps. 92:14

    - Serving God and the interest of the Kingdom prolongs your days.

    4. Live free from the fear of death. - Peo. 29:25, Heb. 2:14-15

    - Every believer is a victim of their fear, and faith is the cure for fear, not boldface.

    5. Be committed to a life of joy and rejoicing.

    - Strength is a vital factor in determining your longevity, and to keep the covenant of long life multiplying in your life, you must remain grateful to God.

    6. When challenged, take up the shield of faith to quench the harassment of the spirit of death.

  • PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) is a mental health condition that develops in people who have experienced or witnessed a traumatic event. This could include events like accidents, natural disasters, war, abuse, violence, or the sudden loss of a loved one.

    Symptoms of PTSD.
PTSD symptoms can appear soon after the trauma or even months or years later.

They are generally grouped into four categories:

    1. Intrusive Memories – Flashbacks, nightmares, or distressing thoughts about the event.

    2. Avoidance – Avoiding people, places, or situations that remind them of the trauma.

    3. Negative Changes in Thinking and Mood – Feelings of guilt, detachment, or trouble remembering details of the event.

    4. Changes in Physical and Emotional Reactions – Being easily startled, feeling on edge, trouble sleeping, or experiencing angry outbursts.

    How PTSD Affects Daily Life.
People with PTSD may struggle with relationships, work, and daily activities. They might feel constantly anxious, emotionally numb, or unable to enjoy things they once loved.

    Treatment Options.
PTSD can be managed with therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Medications, self-care, and support from loved ones also help in the healing process.

If untreated, PTSD can worsen, but with the right help, recovery is possible.

  • 🎀As night falls, and the world slows its pace, remember that you are not alone in the darkness.

May the weight of your struggles be shared by the One who carries the universe on His shoulders.

May the exhaustion that threatens to consume you be met with the gentle whisper of His presence.

May the efforts you make, no matter how small they seem, be seen and celebrated by the One who knows your heart.

Trust that He will guide you through the shadows and into the light, where hope and healing await.

Sleep peacefully, dear one, knowing that you are loved, cared for, and held close to His heart.

May tomorrow bring new light, new strength, and a new chance to rise again.

Good night, beloved. You are seen, you are heard, and you are loved.❤‍🩹🎀❤️

  • Look at that lineup of Iowa farmers who showed up (during their busiest time of the year) to help a friend that was tossed by a 1200 lb. steer and has 7 fractures.

Since he can't harvest, his friends did it. They brought 8 combines and 10 semis - plus wagons and tractors. The local restaurant provided lunch and in a few hours, His harvest was complete so he can concentrate on healing. I LOVE these stories of community so much more than all the other junk going on in the world. Great job, There are still great people around us!

  • Apologizing doesn’t mean you’re weak—it means you value your relationship more than your ego. It takes strength to admit when you’re wrong, to acknowledge your mistakes, and to take responsibility for the hurt you may have caused. Pride may tell you to stay silent, to wait for the other person to make the first move, but love and wisdom teach that healing begins with humility.

A sincere apology has the power to mend broken trust, ease tension, and bring people closer. It’s not just about saying “I’m sorry” but also about showing through actions that you truly regret your mistake and are willing to change. Holding on to grudges, refusing to apologize, or letting ego take control can damage even the strongest relationships.

In marriage, friendships, and family, the ability to apologize and forgive is essential. No one is perfect, and disagreements will happen, but what matters most is how we handle them. A moment of pride can cost years of happiness, while a moment of humility can restore love and peace.

The strongest relationships aren’t the ones without conflict, but the ones where both people are willing to work through their mistakes with understanding, patience, and respect. Apologizing doesn’t make you lose—it allows love, trust, and connection to win.
