Happy rainy Saturday with mug filled with warm coffee ✨☕️💝✨ It’s Easter weekend so we Finns get to celebrate Easter off work too. 4 days off in a row. What a nice gift! We people tend to take rest as something unnecessary despite how crucial it is to both our body and our mind. For knowledge based workers and overall people in our era when we are tied to constant news feeds and social media on way or another - Our minds do not really get much rest or silence. We anyhow need the silence for rejuvenation and recovery. Also, often the best ideas come in silence. I personally tend to solve problems or find ways ahead often at night or early in the morning. Now, this Easter I want to dive into that silence too. It’s in the silence and at times in darkness when we feel like we have been buried or held captive when the growth and breakthroughs happen.
