I don’t know if it is about the amount but rather what is it filled with and how you handle it. My overflowing cup contains various things. Some days it overflows with joy and some days hardships or headaches. I feel it is on me and you to decide how to handle it. How about if your cup is just full of troubles and sorrows - But you do not allow it to ruin your moods or day. For me some things and ways of people can irritate so much that if you would see the invisible - I would look like a chimney. Nerves burning big time. Anyhow, I have learned to take many of my thoughts and attitudes captive much faster and despite the moment of great despair (LOL), it only stays for a moment.
