    1. Semo
    2. Bread
    3. Table Sugar (replace with STEVIA)
    4. Wheat
    5. Seed oils( corn oil, soya oil, sesame oil, sunflower oil etc)
    6. Avoid preservatives in sarchets or processed foods.
    7. Avoid processed seasoning from any factory.
    8. You must always remember and remind yourself 1-7 every morning.
