    2. Not getting enough sleep – Leads to a weakened immune system, weight gain, and memory problems.


    3. Sleeping with a phone near your head – May affect sleep quality due to blue light exposure.


    4. Ignoring mental health issues – Stress, anxiety, and depression can affect overall health. GET A THERAPIST.


    5. Holding urine for too long – Can lead to urinary tract infections and kidney problems.
